Salute Oliva organic certified semi-dried olives are naturally cured in salt. The salt is dehydrating and preserving the olives. Hence there is no vinegar involved. The olives has strong flavours with a hint of sweetness. The semi-dried olives are great for antipasto platters or for cooking. The olives are vacuum packed in our extra virgin olive oil.
